Our Team

All our staff have had experience of living and working in Ireland and the UK. It helps us to provide realistic information to potential employees. We recruit self-motivated people who are prepared to work hard physically. They are genuine workers who are looking for 3-12 months job or students who wish to work during summer time only. We ARE NOT RECRUITING those looking to have holidays rather than to work. We also supply staff to companies who need workers for 3-8 weeks only.

  Recruitment Process
 
We are searching for applicants in several ways:
Putting advertisements with job offers in the company’s official website /FB. Advertising positions in special websites / newspapers / CV generators. Many workers stay with us for many years and bring friends next year.
 Organising presentations where employers & candidates meet each other face to face  in Craiova, Iasi, Cluj-Napoca (ROMANIA); Sofia ,Plovdiv, Varna and Ruse (BULGARIA).We often invite our partners to participate in such meetings because of the opportunity to interview many candidates and pick the most suitable workers.

The applicants’ recruitment steps:

Collecting CV’s of applicants with Education Evidence, Criminal Record and Reference from previous growers (if applicable);
We provide each applicant with information about the job position, length of the contract, accommodation, things required to bring (job clothes, footwear etc.);
Interview with the applicant during JSSINA presentation which is organised in conference hall (office) to check whether the applicant is suitable for the job position or not;
If required, sending CV to the employer for confirmation/rejection of the applicant;
If required, organizing conversation between the employer and applicant via Skype or phone;
After confirmation of applicants’ acceptance, organising their arrival in groups.
 
Support for the Applicants & Businesses:
 
We are the first point of contact during application process and alternative point of contact during the work in Ireland / Netherland or UK;
We care about the quality of people we supply. We visit the companies we work with and also bring our staff to stay with workers while they are trained to give them an advise for better productivity in the beginning of the season if you order many people.
It takes us 3-7 days to bring extra staff or organise a replacement.
We can always move people to another job in case of sale drop or other circumstances.

ЧИ ПОТРІБНО БУДЕ МЕНІ ПЛАТИТИ ПОДАТКИ У ВЕЛИКОБРИТАНІЇ?
 З   04.06.2022, згідно із законодавством Великої Британії, громадяни України, які заробляють £190,00 на тиждень, сплачують 12% податку на соціальне страхування (NIC). Податок на прибуток у розмірі 20% утримується з доходу, який перевищує 242,00 фунтів стерлінгів у податковому році (06.04.2022 - 05.04.2023). Після повернення додому ви маєте право вимагати повернення сплаченого прибуткового податку. Для цього необхідно зберегти останній прибутковий ордер. Податок на соціальне страхування не повертається.
Trebuie să plătesc impozite?
 În 6 Aprilie 2019, în conformitate cu normele UE, cetățenii români, care sunt plătiți cu mai mult de 166 de lire sterline pe săptămână, plătesc o taxă de contribuție națională de sănătate, care este de 12%. Impozitul pe venit este de 20% va fi dedus din venituri care depășesc £ 240.00 pe săptămână. La întoarcerea acasă, puteți solicita rambursarea impozitului pe profit plătit. Pentru a face acest lucru, trebuie să aveți un formular P45 pe care trebuie să-l luați înainte de a vă părăsi angajatorul. Taxa de contribuție nationala nu este rambursabilă.

                                                            

La rata normală, veți fi taxat cu 20% . Din aprilie 2015, impozitul anual se aplică câștigurilor de peste £ 12500. Anul fiscal începe de la 06 aprilie și este până la data de 5 aprilie a anului următor. În calitate de cetățeni ai Uniunii Europene, aveți dreptul la o rambursare integrală a taxelor plătite în timpul șederii dvs.

За номер, трябва да подадете молба до Държавната служба по местоживеене на заетостта във Великобритания. Дръжте картата на безопасно място и не я губете. Социално осигурителният номер трябва да се представи на работодателя, че сте били преброени за социални плащания. Работодателят подкрепя организирането на номерата за социална сигурност (National Insurance Number) .
